Psychotherapy

I provide counselling in-person and online for mild to moderate mental health challenges. I use a variety of approaches to best suit the person and their needs. My work is open-ended, meaning that we work at your pace. This gives us the space to process and go deeper into areas that really matter and which may not be possible with short-term therapy. However, I do also offer short-term therapy, which can be helpful for immediate issues, and we can discuss your needs in an initial consultation over the phone.
